Our ARFID story (so far…)

We're sharing part of our story in the hope that it helps others navigating the challenges of ARFID. Like so many parents, we've faced the worry, frustration, arguing, and endless trial and error that comes with trying to nourish a child who struggles with food.

It’s fu**ing hard isn’t it?!

Swap stories…

ARFID can feel isolating, but no parent should have to navigate it alone. If you have a story, tip, or experience that could help another family, we’d love to hear from you.
